The majority of the homes in the neighborhood range from 2000 to 3000 square feet. Although the neighborhood is considered Murrieta, the School District it belongs to is the Temecula Valley Unified School District.
The Skyview Ridge neighborhood is conveniently located off the I-215 and Clinton Keith Road. The neighborhood boasts many great amenities and is located near schools, parks, shopping and the freeway. The homes range from 2 bedroom condos up to large 4 bedroom homes. The lot sizes are generally smaller (between 3000 and 6000 square feet). The neighborhood is well kept with lush vegetation.
Spencer’s Crossing is a huge master planned community covering close to 607 acres of land situated in the Eastern part of Murrieta off of Winchester. The Spencer’s Crossing neighborhood has a proposed private recreation center, which is designed for the residents, where they can have BBQ’s, swim in the junior Olympic-size pool and take a stroll around the pond. Homes range from around 2000 square feet and up to close to 4000 square feet. Spencer’s Crossing is still building new homes (as of late 2010).

Vineyard Knolls neighborhood has a community pool, spa and a nice open grass area for those weekend picnics. Vineyard Knolls neighborhood consists of both single family homes ranging from close to 1500 square feet up to about 2500 square feet with single story and two story floor plans.
