Gavin Miller certainly knows the local real estate. He grew up in it. Born and raised in Temecula, California, he has lived here all his life. Gavin’s father is a manager for an area builder. From his teenage years, Gavin has helped out around new homes and prepped them to be shown. He says, “I know a lot about how homes are made and what they should look like at closing. Now I want to be in the selling business, and my father can stay in the building business.”

But the family connection to real estate does not end there. His wife is about to be a Trillion agent too. “That’s what drew me here,” Gavin says. “We work as a team.” Gavin continues to see real estate as a family endeavor, especially now that he is a new father. His infant daughter is his inspiration to excel, and that ambition sets him apart. “I need to be successful for her,” he says. “My work ethic sets me apart from the competition. I will outwork anyone for my clients.”
